Step 1: Blanch the noodles in boiling water for about 14-16 minutes, rinse with cold water, and let the noodles be dry, for a chewy and delicious texture.

Step 2: After draining, the noodles can be used within 6-8 hours (preparation: noodles with beef broth, steamed beef roll)
