Step 1: Blanch the noodles in boiling water for about 2- 4 minutes, then rinse them with cold water and let them drain to ensure they are delicious and aromatic.
Step 2: Once drained, the noodles can be used within a timeframe of 6-8 hours in various dishes such as noodle soup, stir-fried noodles, or mixed dry noodles.
1/ Noodle Soup: Prepare a soup base with beef, chicken, or seafood (shrimp/squid/steamed pork roll), onions, and seasonings. Pour it over the pre-blanched noodles for a deliciously hot and aromatic bowl of noodle soup.
2/ Stir-fried or Mixed Noodles: Sauté vegetables, mushrooms (you may add meat or seafood), season them and add the noodles, stir for about 30 seconds, and serve hot and delicious.
