Step 1: Immerse the vermicelli in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Scoop the vermicelli out and rinse it with cold water to make it dry and delicious.

Step 2: The vermicelli after drying can be served for 6-8 hours (suitable for dishes like broth vermicelli, stir-fried vermicelli, roasted meat vermicelli with spring rolls, etc).

1/ Vermicelli soup or stir-fried vermicelli: Cook the soup or stir-fry vegetables and mushrooms (or add meat, seafood, etc) with seasonings, then add the vermicelli and mix well for about 30 seconds. It’s best served hot.

2/ Roasted meat vermicelli with spring rolls: Roast the meat or fry the spring rolls until they are cooked and fragrant. Mix them with the vermicelli that was immersed in boiling water. It’s best served hot.
