Step 1: Blanch the green bean vermicelli in boiling water for about 2-4 minutes, rinse with cold water, and let it dry for a chewy and delicious texture.

Step 2: After draining, the green bean vermicelli can be used within 6-8 hours (preparation: green bean vermicelli with soup, stir-fried green bean vermicelli, mixed dried green bean vermicelli…).

1/ Green bean vermicelli with soup: Cook shrimp/ meat/ steam pork roll, carrot, onion… soup with spices, then pour over the pre-blanched green bean vermicelli… you will have a bowl of green bean vermicelli with delicious hot soup…

2/ Stir-fried or mixed green bean vermicelli: Sauté cooked vegetables, mushrooms (or add meat, seafood,…) with spices, then add the green bean vermicelli and stir-fry or mix for about 30 seconds to serve hot and delicious.
