1. Put one piece of rice paper on the hand, soak it into water for 5 seconds and put it on a plate.

2. Place the cooked meat or seafood, vermicelli and vegetables (pre – cut into small pieces) onto the soaked rice paper. Tuck in both ends while rolling.

3. Place the spring rolls into hot boiling oil and fry them for approximately 3-4 minutes (reduce the heat immediately after placing the spring rolls in the oil). When the spring rolls start to turn slightly golden, flip them over. Once the spring rolls are evenly golden, remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.

4. Note: It’s recommended to eat the spring rolls while they are still hot to enjoy delicious flavor.
