1. Put one piece of rice paper on the hand, soak it into water for 5 seconds and put it on a plate.
2. Place the cooked meat or seafood, vermicelli and vegetables onto the soaked rice paper. Tuck in both ends while rolling.
3. Serve the roll with garlic and chili fish sauce or preferred dipping sauce.
