1. Ingredients for making meat braised in coconut water

You need to prepare:

Pork belly: 700g

Chicken eggs: 14 eggs

Coconut water: 400ml

Fish sauce: 3 tablespoons

Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons

Garlic: 1 bulb

Chili: 1

Purple onions: 3 bulbs

Spices (sugar/ salt/ monosodium glutamate/ seasoning)

Note: preparation time can be up to 20 minutes.

2. How to cook meat braised in coconut water

Step 1: ingredient preparation

Put the pot on the stove, add about 100ml of water, add eggs and boil for 10 minutes. Then, take the eggs out and immediately drop them into a bowl of cold water and peel off the shell.

Next, put the pan on the stove, add 3 tablespoons of oil to heat, then put the eggs in and fry them until golden, then take them out on a plate.

Wash the pork and then drain. Then, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and put them in a bowl.
